    Guidelines



    At 3lite Racers, we aim to provide a friendly, enjoying environment to our Community Members. We strictly are against messages containing inappropriate, sexually orientated, abusive, hateful, slanderous, or threatening material that could be considered invasive or a person’s privacy, or which otherwise violate any kind of law, it is impossible for us to review every message posted on this Forum. We are also strictly against any advertisements of other servers, community or relatable projects that may affect our reputation, growth or possibly divert a member’s attention. For this reason, you acknowledge that all messages posted on this discussion system express the views and opinions of the original message author and not necessarily the views of this board. Therefore, we take no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy and completeness of every message. By registering on this discussion system you agree that you will not post any material which is knowingly false, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually orientated, threatening or invasive of a person's privacy, or any other material which may violate any applicable laws. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your account, account suspension, or permanent ban of access to these forums. Your IP Address is recorded with each post you make on this discussion system and is retrievable by the forum staff if need-be. You agree that we have the ability and right to remove, edit, or lock any account or message at any time should it be seen fit. You also agree that any information you enter on this discussion system is stored in a database, and that "cookies" are stored on your computer to save your login information. Any information you provide on these forums will not be disclosed to any third party without your complete consent, although the staff cannot be held liable for any hacking attempt in which your data is compromised.





    :!: Forum Rules

    1. Do NOT advertise anything related to external projects from other games or Multi Theft Auto itself.
    2. Do NOT Flame/Insult/Spam/Provoke in any of the forums, which helps keep our site nice and respectable.
    3. Make sure you respect all players at all times in order to prevent fights and arguments.
    4. Do NOT discriminate another's disability, as some maybe sensitive to such things.
    5. Think before you type, since keeping your opinions to yourselves sometimes is the best thing to do.
    6. Please be considerate in language when posting in our forums, some of our members may be younger than others.
    7. Do NOT post explicit, racist, obscene or vulgar language, images or messages.
    8. If you see a team member misbehaving, sharing confidential information regarding the project or anything along the lines, please report them to a Higher Admin.
    9. If you see any of the above rules being broken, report to a staff member and try to calm the situation down.
    10. Be sure to always post in the appropriate forum sections/threads - this helps with staying on track and preventing clutter.

    Server Rules




    1. Do NOT Flame/Insult/Spam/Provoke/Prejudiced in-game as this could interrupt others gameplay which could lead to a warning, mute or even a ban if the problem consists.
    2. Do NOT discuss political and religious factors, since we aim to prevent any misunderstanding caused within the Community.
    3. Do NOT create multiple accounts on our server, this is a flat line rule now introduced since many players create accounts to increase their cash or get better statistics; we aim to make the server equal for everyone, anyone caught multi-accounting without a valid reason could be severely punished.
    4. Do NOT ask for money, or anything of the sort that would be boost your statistics as we all play fairly.
    5. Do NOT call for an Admin, constantly spamming an admin would not get you anywhere, if there is an issue let us know but you do not need to spam Admin in the chats if no one is replying.
    6. Do NOT use anything that affects fair gameplay, including anticheats, using this breaches MTA's Rules and Violations leading to a permanent ban if caught in action.
    7. Do NOT use any other language except English in Global.
    8. If you see a team member misbehaving, sharing confidential information regarding the project or anything along the lines, please report them to a Higher Admin.

    11. Posting a Join Request then asking Clan Members could lead to a Join Request Erasure.

    Clan Rules

    1. Do NOT leave without a permitted or valid reason could lead to you not joining again in the future, when leaving provide a valid and thorough reasoning.
    2. Do NOT insult your own team members or provoke them, this could lead to a permanent suspension from the Clan, leading to a possible blacklist, we play fairly.
    3. Do NOT abuse or cause conflict for others, we have given you power to maintain and keep the server flowing, abusing this could lead to a ban and kick.
    4. Inactivity could raise red flags, if you are caught inactive for more than 7 days it could lead to a temporary kick, unless a valid reason is provided on your return.
    5. Squad Switching is only allowed if both parties (squads) agree on it, this should normally take place when the Member is still on his/her trial period.
    6. Do NOT support or assist a player's Join Request if they are a friend or even if they ask you to; we play fairly so they shall be equally judged by the Team.
    7. Do NOT add or remove anyone from the blacklist unless you have been guided to by either Lion20
    8. Do NOT multi-clan, if you are caught you will be blacklisted and removed permanently.
    9. Do NOT create your own clanwar without informing a leader, as this could lead to affect the reputation.



    If the above rules are not followed it could lead to a warning, then a mute/kick and a temporary/permanent ban.
    The system should reflect this in-game, -
    • Reason: (Server Rule #1, Server Rule #2, Server Rule #4, Server Rule #8, Server Rule #8) [1st: Warning, 2nd: Mute - 30 Minutes, 3rd: Kick, 4th: Temporary Ban]
    • Reason: (Server Rule #7) [1st: Warning, 2nd: Warning, 3rd: Mute 10 Minutes, 4th: Mute 30 Minutes, 5th: Mute 1 Hour]
    • Reason: (Server Rule #3, Server Rule #5) [1st: Permanent Ban]
    • Reason: (Server #6) [1st: Kick, 2nd: Temporary Ban (Valid Reason), 3rd: Kick from Squad/Revoke Rights]
